Notes from Meditation classes by Stanley Merrill
This is a program designed to help someone start a meditation practice. It gives you the opportunity to do a wide variety of guided meditations and provides suggestions of how you can bring these mindfulness techniques into your daily life.
At the end of the 4 week program you can choose one of the guided meditations to do on a daily basis or design your own daily practice. You can go faster or slower in the program. For example if you are an experienced at doing meditation you could either skip the first week or do it in a couple of days.
