West U Discussion Group

This an ongoing discussion group sponsored by the West University Seniors Center.   We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month

At each meeting we:

  • Do 30 minutes of meditation
  • Have discussion about topics from the book that we are reading

The class is taught at the community center in West University at: 6104 Auden which is at the corner of Rice Blvd.

    I would like to attend the meditation class for new students, is there a registration for it? Also what time and the address for the class?
